Falling albumin

My albumin level has fallen to 3.0 from 3.6 since I started treatment. At the same time my alt and ast has normalized (alt 30 and ast 34), my platelets have also increased from 205 to 260.My doctor says everything looks good but I'm worried about falling albumin.

Still fever after first shot

I had bad chills and fever all night after first injection, but still have had low grade fever whole afternoon and feeling lethargic. Plus stomach ache and diarrhea as well.
