I have genotype 3a and am on week 12 of the 24 week Tx Sovaldi and ribavirin combo. I am working a 40 hour day but no overtime. From my perspective if you are taking this, Rest is the best and you need some exercise too. So striking a balance between work, diet and rest is the Key to tolerance.
