Well, I recalled you got a new rad - I just hope the water pump and thermostat solved the problem!
Don't we wish we could just get new free replacement parts to repair what ails us. Just snap in a new sleep fuse, or lube those sore points!
In a way, just with our hepc cures, no free parts (but maybe with freed-up parts) we may have gained another 100,000 miles
Nice your hubby's car is OK now, and that he is feeling a little improved as well. What kind of allergy season is it for you?
"Dis-ordered sleeping" you said .... that's a nice way of putting it - sounds better than insomnia! I too have been feeling disturbed with odd sleep/waking sessions - this would normally be an unusual experience for me - i hope it will quell again (for you and me and all of us who have these sleep oddities.)
Is your hubby a good sleeper? Hope so.
Don't work too hard. : )

but so far so good now..... just continued seasonal allergy and the tiredness that goes with that and age and disordered sleeping....etc,etc,etc.
both cars are happily home and doing good; his car was repaired and didn't have to be totaled , they did a good job. My car got the new radiator for free and i got a new waterpump and thermostat.
we are good to go another 100,000 miles with our old cars

Aaaaaah, waaay more room here, than over in the sidebar, so's I kin blab a lot! Everyone knows i am verbose, not concise, hard to contain.
So, back to the 5 day azithromycin treatment for your sinuses - from your "back to work" report today, it seems it has helped quite a bit, and that you did (luckily) manage to grab a few sufficient zzz's, well enough to make going back to work bearable/doable??
I read up on the azithro stuff and it (like many antibiotics) can upset our GI. Do you think your upset gut was explained as simply as that. Too bad so many of these antibiotics have some sort of side, to add bother for us it seems.
I am glad you had some time off, but wish it was time off while you were feeling more tip top. That will come some day - we will get this good timing thing down yet!
How are the cars feeling?? Did you ever get your leaking/radiator mystery thing figured out? And didn't you say hubby car had an accident - i can't recall off hand.
Later, C.

I know you said the holidays has set you up for more hours and days of work, but i hope you can and WILL curtail how much you have to work if you feel it IS draining you - you are still "fresh" ya know, still recovering, fighting sinuses and stuff. You need lots of TLC and to not work past your limit where you reach a "taxing" zone from it. Use your good judgement.
What time does a shift normally start and end for you (if you don't book off home early)?

They were unable to return to their home before the fire destroyed it and that meant their pet was on his own, too. c, hubs bought the tiramasu cake, i wasnt even sure what the ingredients were, but thot it was coffee or cinnamon
i wouldn't be making anything that complicated.
your labs sound good, i'll get more next year.
i have soft kleenex and i am still blowing , at this point its hard to tell if that's good or bad , it could be my sinus draining or the beginning of more days of blowing... i'm praying for relief by thurs nite as i do have to work. i've been in bed for 2 days, so at least i've got some rest.
my holiday work schedule is too many work days due to events and others needing time off. i figured i could volunteer to help, didn't know i'd get sick.
but i can go in and they will let me go home if i feel too bad. i'm hoping it isn't awful. it's a yearly thing with all of us getting sick and passing it down the line.
i will go see the dr on my next days off and get the antibios if i can't get well.

I forgot to tell you that I had to look up that "tiramasu" that you mentioned you made at Thanksgiving? ... OMG, does that ever sound good. I googled recipes, I guess it is (kinda) like trifle but only in that there could be many differnt ways it can be made? I saw quite a few variations, but the basic coffee an cream an rich and sweet, mm, mm, all my fav things alright. Ya, sometimes i wish you and Obs could just mail me meals, OK?
I make a mean pot of boiled water, so I'm good for hot honey lemonades, which i could share out lavishly it seems this time of year with all our oldie coldies around here! Hope your bed feels soft on the bod and your kleenex is soft to your nose! Hope your head is feeling OK enough for work?
You and polo and others get your Cal and D levels done, and you said to let you know my recent (first-ever) ones? Got my results back, normal Cal. My D is only a wee bit lowish - 70. (Severe low would be less than 25. Moderate to mild deficiency is 75 to 200. Ideal is 75 to 200.) So I am not bad at all. : ) C.

Generous of you to do that extra and ongoing pulling for Ziggy's fund. Very nice of you - I know her plight for many of us is pulling at our heartstrings, so, those of us who can share, share what we can. Good to see the fund-me page goal has reached $2000 out of $3000, likely your donations have helped very much. ; )
c, hubs bought the tiramasu cake, i wasnt even sure what the ingredients were, but thot it was coffee or cinnamon
i wouldn't be making anything that complicated.
your labs sound good, i'll get more next year.
i have soft kleenex and i am still blowing
, at this point its hard to tell if that's good or bad
, it could be my sinus draining or the beginning of more days of blowing... i'm praying for relief by thurs nite as i do have to work. i've been in bed for 2 days, so at least i've got some rest.
my holiday work schedule is too many work days due to events and others needing time off. i figured i could volunteer to help, didn't know i'd get sick.
but i can go in and they will let me go home if i feel too bad. i'm hoping it isn't awful. it's a yearly thing with all of us getting sick and passing it down the line.
i will go see the dr on my next days off and get the antibios if i can't get well.
ok, back to watching the old 'sabrina the teenage witch', it's great to be able to stream this from hulu
5,
I forgot to tell you that I had to look up that "tiramasu" that you mentioned you made at Thanksgiving?
i love movies at home
i will watch the one hoodie suggested when it comes to streaming
No. I'll google up info on that one too. Thank you guys, I do like a good flick once in a while. This seems to be the new go-to place for "the movie review channel".
C.
have you guys seen Daddys Home 2 with Marky Mark Wahlberg and Will Farrell! So funny!!
ah! good. thanks. Going to google it up now. C. ; )
close. kurt russel THE CHRISTMAS CHRONICLES

Hey 5,
Hope your sinuses are going to improve quickly.
Further to our "sidebar" chattering, about colds/flues/sinuses and such, we also touched on movies (curling up at home with a hot lemonade and a good movie sounded wise) ... and you mentioned Christmas movies?, and specifically a Christmas one, with Russell Crowe?? I googled it and, nada. Did i misunderstand what I was searching for? C.
this was awesome! thankyou Canuck
