Hello,

I am on the Sapphire Trial and after 3 months discovered I was on the placebo and am now into my fourth week of the real meds. Strangely enough I felt pretty appalling throughout the placebo - general malaise, aching body etc. Guess it was the virus.

I am also getting side effects from the real meds, bearable until today. Generally I can fight my way through the fog and force myself to do stuff and then usually by early afternoon feel a bit better. Today I woke up feeling like Ralph Wiggan (Whiney voice: 'I don't feel so good...') and so far havent been able to shake it. Worst is this nasty sensation of impending doom, which I know is not realistic, just my mind playing tricks on me.

Does anyone know if a viral load of 132 after the first week is a positive indication? From what I've read here it is somewhat higher than what other people have experienced.

Sorry for whining.  When I am not in the grip of the darkness I am incredibly grateful for this opportunity.
