Hi Boxers, been thinking about you. You doing ok? How well compensated are you? What's the latest from Seattle? My white count tanked so they are moving my meds around . Makes for two days in a row I have blood draws. Yesterday and today in about 1-3/4 hours. The lab is only 8'blocks away. Other than that the transplant is doing fine. Its quite an adjustment getting use to all the meds. I'm on so much stuff But it is Doable. My big issue is the bloating in my abdomen. It is uncomfortable, its mostly caused by water retention. Water pills help but its just the body's natural way of healing. I will be glad when its over.
Have you finished any of the phase two workkup's?
By the way, I referred to Dr. A-M in Seattle, he is Russian and you will really like him.

Having worked up to a liver transplant, the failed treatments, all those riba pills, all those peg shots, all those Sof pills, and now the vosevi treatment, all those tumor ablations, removing the gallbladder to get at a tumor, all those MRI's, those fun little liver biopsies, a kazillon blood draws, geting on the transplant list, the waiting on the transplant list, and finally the CALL-GET OVER HERE WE HAVE A LIVER FOR YOU- The transplant operation, The first 30 days of recovery. My wife the caregiver. It was all a beautiful experience. I'm so lucky.
So lets talk transplant. If your facing a liver transplant, or have had a liver transplant, or just have questions about liver transplant , This is the place to share information. This is the place to lean on somebody. You can lean on me So lets talk transplant RC
