My eyes are swelling up more of the mornings, and I notice that even though I have lost 6 lbs in the last few weeks since I stopped Incevik, my hands are swollen and I can't get my ring off. I wonder if the swelling has anything to do with the anemia?
I also have a rash on my forehead, like eczema, and regular rash on the sides of my nose and under my lip.
Even if I felt like going to work, I look too awful to go in.

That sounds like an allergic reaction. Takjiing two benadrly right away, will help stop an alergic reaction, but if it's that swollen , I'd be swallowing those benadrly on my way out the door to ER!
aLERGIC REACTIONS ARE ONE OF THOSE BETTER SAFE THAN SORRY.
mY MOM HAD AN ALLERGIC REACTION WHEN i WAS YOUNGER, TO PENICILAN.
Her face swelled up and turned red, and she had to go to ER AND BE WATCHED IN er over night. When we got to the hospital her throat was just starting to swell up closed.
Always better to play it safe.

Barbara, I have noticed a puffy face the last few weeks. One I starting with more creams for the rash, my eyes seemed to have gotten more swollen, but it may be that I am not getting my hands washed throughly and rubbing the eyes. Or it could be because I am just laying down alot.
I've been off the Incivek for almost 3 weeks now, so I am thinking that's not it. Everyone is different, and our sx effect us differently.
Make sure you drink plenty of fluids, I have trouble with this sometimes....

Hi Barbara, I`ve just had a look at the sx of Incivik and swollen face is listed. You say it`s gone down now but I think you should speak to your doc about it. Check this out, scroll down to sx

All the best of luck, Jill xxx
I laid down for a bit this morning and woke up to a gigantic face, eyelids so swollen!!!
I've noticed a tightness lately in my legs and feet....but my face was horrific!!
It's been a few hours now since that incident and I'm almost back to normal, but my eye lids are still swollen.
Is this the swelling mentioned in the Riba sx's??????
This is the worse I've felt since I've started tx.
Tired, itchy, but I'm not giving up......still fighting....slaying this dragon.
Love, BL
