So, got three days in, wasn't easy, was tired, legs hurt. Skied 1.5-2 hours each day and legs hurt more and more each day. But in the end, felt good to be out, felt good to be alive. Nice not sitting home and feeling sorry for myself. If you can, stay busy,

Might crank up the mt bike myself this weekend for a slooooowwwwww ride in the woods. Good therapy and a pretty cheap date. Have a great day!

Your right, getting out is very important. Doing any activity takes my mind off the side effects. Even going to the store or just driving and listening to the radio takes my mind off the sides. Video games and internet help too!

Entering my 12th week of treatment, last one for Incivek. I'm an avid skier, today will be my first day, wish me luch. I'm sure the anemia will hurt, but have to try.
