I was just wondering if Interferon and Ribavirin can cause female infertility. What about the new drugs, Incivek and Victrelis? Do any of you know someone who successfully conceived after getting off the treatment, or do you know someone who was trying to conceive and was unable to? I haven't started the treatment yet, but am curious, because I want my daughter to have a sibling. I want get the treatment out of the way first, instead of having another child first. I don't realistically see myself being on treatment with a toddler and a newborn to take care of. I know it will already be a struggle with just the one child I already have.
Hi Jordan and a warm welcome to the forum from me.
I have known a few people who have successfully had children after completing treatment and you shouldn't worry about that.
As far as i am aware, treatment does not affect fertility but women should not get pregnant during treatment, or for 6 months after either.
The following link explains more.

Keep us posted how things are going with you.
