Put Interferon in freezer it is no longer any good.

it is good you called the pharmacy. When I first got my meds I just stuck it all in the fridge realizing later that telepravir should't have been in there. I called the pharmacy and they said it was safe but they had to file a report with pharmaceutical company.
In your case I bet they did the same thing but obviously have to send you new medication. Anytime there is a question just call and ask. :)

Walgreen's infusion Services, who dispenses my meds, told me 1 day, plus or minus, was ok for the Pegasys.
I hope both you, and your mom are doing well. Those moments together are precious...mine passed away a few years ago.

you might have to stick to that injection day now as i was told its not agood idea to move injection days, a day forward is ok but stick to that.you didnt have any choice i know.

I was visiting portland with mom who is helping take care of me while I go through treatment (she just finished cancer treatment and needed to get her check ups) My absent mindedness put my shot in the freezer and thank god my mom realized what I had done before I injected. I called the pharmacist and he said it is no longer usable even after thawed out. I thought this was good knowledge to share. I ended up having my brother same day ship me another shot from back home so everything worked out, just a day late.
