Welcome Lock, I just started eight weeks ago so I know how you feel. Great support here. I've learned more about HCV here then I have from my doctor. Not his fault; just some really knowledgable peeps on this forum.

Good luck Lock. The first week was by far the hardest for me. Take it slow and don't push yourself physically. And be prepared to get plenty of sleep.

Welcome Lock, This is a great place to be with friends that can and will help you out. Drink as much water as you can and ask any specific sx you may be having at any time and someone will gladly let you know what helped with themselves. Kind of like the ole Gratful Dead song though. "what a long strange trip its been"

Good luck! Drink tons of water, get your 20 grams of fat with each dose, give your body LOTS OF TIME TO SLEEP AND REST....don't stress, and keep tabs on your health. Your doctor will be a great help but ultimatly you are responsible for your body so educate yourself all you can on the drugs, what they do, and side effects so you are aware and can make the best decision possible for yourself. :)

Hi, I started treatment a week ago. Incivek, peg, ribavirin. It's been a little tuff at times but hanging in. Would like to hear from others doing this treatment....
