The Liver Walk through the zoo was alot of fun and everyone at Vertex was happy to meet someone that has benefited from their drug. I thanked all of them for their hard work and told them about the forum :)

Next weekend is mothers day... ( I can't make it, I work in a flower shop)...do you have a link or somthing for this event? My son and his wife live in the area, maybe they would go. BB, Iris

Please send him my regards - vertex has turned hep c treatment around and gave people hope. 20 years ago, it was basically a death sentence and a long painful one too.

I had the blessing of meeting one of the scientists that developed incivik the other day. He is the neighbor of a good family friend. It was great for me to meet him and he also liked meeting me because he doesn't normally get to see patients that use the medication he develops. I am going with him and the rest of the team to to walk in the Liver Life Walk for the American Liver Foundation in the San Diego Zoo next Saturday. Is anyone else in the area that would like to join me?
