i can take mine back to the pharmacy where i get my pegasys... no worries
im in week 29 and i still havent filled it anywhere near capacity. i imagine it will be pretty chocka by the time i do take it in...

my doctor's office lets me drop mine off there in their sharps disposal box, you might ask yours so you could just take them with you to your next appointment :)

Thanks all for the advice (and entertainemnt!). A google search turned up a list of local hospitals that have free sharps container drop-off points. Or I can mail them to you Dave!

My nurse said to contact our local waste disposal people and take it to them--just need to make the phone call to find out where to go. Just waiting to be DONE!!! I think it is going to be a happy trip, maybe even a parade!!

My online pharmacy sent me a "sharps container" to use for the safe disposal of my used syringes. But what do I do with that container when I'm done with it?
I think all fire stations will take them too.
