It's good to have a variety of high fat foods on hand. My favorite used to be honey roasted peanuts since I could slowly nibble on them.

Hey, best of luck to you. Appetite? Tee hee. With 60 grams of fat in my body everyday, I am truly not hungry for anything else. I try to force feed myself healthy things in small amts (fresh fruit and veggies). My caloric intake is way over my normal. I think that's why there is no appetite. Thirst, yes. Drinking lots of water.
Hope all has gone well with your first round.

I'm only starting week 3, but suggest you might want to wait & see how you feel. I stocked up on peanuts thinking they'd be a fairly easy way for the 20 gms of fat. Can't stand even the smell if them now. Re your skin, just keep it moisturized and you may be okay.

Hey everyone I start my treatment this week and was going to run to the store and was wondering if you all could give me some pointers on as what to buy? Food,personal items and what nots.
I have heard of butt paste...lol ,Aveeno bath soak and any type of lotion that works really good.
