Probably not at all. I think the literature says if you don,t catch the mistake within a few hours, just skip it and pick up with the next dose. Do not take two at once. I bet he'll be fine. Be sure to talk this over with the doctor, or the specialty pharmacy. But I think you can just carry on from here.
