Hi Murat,
Good to hear from you ! I thought you must be close to the end. You seem to have tolerated Rx well which is as expected at your age. Soon, HCV will be a distant memory and your new 6-pack should help with the fairer sex. All the best.

Merhaba Murat,
Congrats with your (almost done) tx and the results! Encouraging!
Did you actually lose weight during the last 12 weeks after you had finished with Incivek? How much have you gained first? How much did you lose later?

Murat,
Today you should get your acts together and concentrate on the treatment. Ditch the virus andd start a new and happy life. Perhaps, good for you, that it had happened now. You were betrayed and it would be much harder to go through this years after you get marrried. Look at the bright side... adding to John's humour here is another one (sorry, Ladies) :
A woman worries about the future until she gets a husband. A man never worries about the future until he gets a wife.

i tried everything... i am sure that her family (esp. mother) attracted her.
i brought her family to the Professor who is one of the best at hep c (he applied investigation during inciveks labrotory work)..
They asked to doctor that if hcv will relapse in rest of my life?
Professor said that " at research reports, yes this is possible with %1 or less probability,, but when we discuss Murat's situation intimately; this is impossible because he had very rapid respone, he had great immune system, no damaged liver and he is young.. even now he can marry with your daughter without any risk because his hcvrna is und!!

OK, here are five rules you can live by
1. It's important to have a woman who helps at home, cooks from time to time, cleans up, and has a job.
2. It is important to have a woman who can make you laugh.
3. It's important to have a woman who you can trust, and doesn't lie to you.
4. It's important to have a woman who is good in bed, and likes to be with you.
5. It's very, very important that these four women do not know each other.
Sorry, hope the humor is not to out of line....I have had my heart broken before, go to bed depressed and suicidal, wake up angry. It is a slippery slope for sure, I can promise you this, it WILL get better and this experience will make you a better man for the next woman in your life.
Good luck,
John

Hi Murat, I presume you're in Istanbul to get offered Incivek. It's a shame it is expensive for you. I wouldn't worry about the Interleukin 28B test. It is an indicator of Interferon Sensitivity, and by your undetected, you have answered that question. The Stages usually refer to liver Fibrosis where F1 (Stage1) is no fibrosis, F4 (Stage4) is cirrhosis, and F2 to F3 are intermediate. You can only assess your stage by liver biopsy or Fibroscan- I'm not sure whether that is available in Turkey. Keep a record of all your tests, and ask any questions you like. We are here to support you.

I never smoked in my life and used alcohol...
I enjoy living healty life and take care of my body. made fitness for 6-7 years. think my body thanks me and give such rapid response to treatment...
In Turkey, incivo(incivek) is very new drug and hard to find...
My doctor didn't offer me incivo at first... he would apply riba-pegint treatment at first.. then i made research and find incivo i imported drug from italy and my health insurance didn't pay it. I will pay totally $30.000 for all incivo during treatment. I'm the 14th patient in Turkey who uses incivo.
My doctor also said me that" incivo will be available for insurance system at end of 2013" but i couldnt wait any more because i didnt want to loose my fiancee... and want rapid solution for this virus.
I made lots of research about hcv... but i want to learn something? in Turkey doctors do not need to determine IL28B test may be it is a little expensive test i dont know... In europe or other regions, which tests are needed before treatment???
and one more question.. what is stage 1,2,3,4?

The key is education, and I know some things are cultral , and some is just ignorance because people rather walk around in the dark..I understand I work with people from all over the world. Hi and welcome to you, Murat, and congratulations on being undetected so early on, that is a very good sign! It`s sad to hear about your fiancee but if she quit the relationship that easily then she would not have been right for you anyway. You won`t be on your own here and I don`t suppose you will be on your own in the real world for long either.
It is good news that you have few sx (side effects) so far and impossible to say whether you`ll develop any more as you go along, although the fact that you are young is almost certainly helping.
Good luck with the rest of you tx (treatment) and I hope you get more good news with your 12 week results. Keep in touch and let us know how it goes! ~ Jill xx

Hi Murat! So sorry about your financee. A lot of people are just scared to death of HCV, and I haven't told anyone I haven't had to for that reason. It sounds like you are well on your way to getting better so that's good.
P.S. I know it hurts now, but you're a nice looking young guy, and I bet you won't have any trouble finding a less paranoid woman to fall in love with when you feel like you want to try again.
