Hi Murat, The important VL tests for Incivek are at 4, 12 and 24 weeks. If you are undetected at all 3, you have a >90% chance of achieving SVR. The difference in SVR rates between Geno 1a and 1b is not established. There were some papers indicating higher rates for 1b because of the resistance to mutation, but this has not been confirmed in clinical practice. Do you have access to Fibroscan?

VL became undetected at 23.day of my treatment...
Now i try to understand what is my chance of getting SVR?
Does anybody have statistics about 4week results relations with SVR?
Or how much it is possible to become positive at 12week results?
I got statistics from incivo's advanced phase study that %92 of patients who has eRVR at 4. and 12.week also reaches to SVR...
Edit: At study 111 research %96 of patients who has minimal fibrosis with eRVR at 4.and 12.weeks, reaches SVR...
I also learned that incivo has better results for genotype 1b (%84) than 1a (%75)...
