I was diagnosed with Fibromyalgia in 2005. I am now hoping it is just the Hep virus and it will go when the virus is eradicated. I had an excellent treatment plan for it. It was a combo of exercise, massage, pain management and they offered a psychologist if needed (4 days a week out-patient program). I went from an inactive life to getting it back under control. I don't have it constant but I know some people do. Here is hoping it is just Hep C lol!

The Hepatitis-Fibromyalgia Connection
Excerpt from article...
"Fibromyalgia and chronic hepatitis C infection share many clinical features including prominent somatic complaints such as musculoskeletal pain and fatigue. In fact, some medical experts believe that the symptoms and presenting patterns in common between hepatitis C and fibromyalgia are not coincidental. There is the possibility that hepatitis C may be a trigger of fibromyalgia."
