Welcome Gloria.
I did the Incivek triple beginning in November of 2011 and just got my SVR this month. I had to do an additional twelve weeks of the pegasys and ribavirin portion of the treatment because I was not completely virus free at four weeks. I was also stage 3-4 cirrhotic, so that may also have been a part of the decision.
I know you just started, and all the blood test numbers are still confusing to you, but that will change soon. If you ever want to see what my treatment looked like from a blood test perspective, the link is in my signature. This is a strong treatment with a lot of impact on the body, but it works most of the time and therefore I advocate for trying it. Since you have decided to do exactly that, I am at your service for the next 24 weeks as you trudge along. I say 24 weeks because you will almost certainly not get the extra 12 weeks I got. Good luck and stay in touch.
Alan

Hi Gloria.
You found this forum at the right time...right at the beginning of Tx.
You'll find all sorts of weird feelings, sensations, and even emotions starting up. But you'll also find we've all been through it, and it's normal, and can be dealt with.
As the others have mentioned, just ask lots of questions, and share whats going on. This is a really helpful bunch here :)
Best of luck on your quest,
Brad

Welcome and hang in there with the 3Rx. The more I ask about the ups and downs from the drugs, the less alone with it I feel.

Hello everyone,
This is my first time joining a hep c forum. I'm looking forward to speaking with people who are going thru the same or similar things that I'm going thru. I started triple therapy 3 days ago and I have to say reading some of these posts have helped me thru my anxiety.
How are you doing today?
