Fortunately there's nothing to report. I got no call from the study center, that means I have received SVR8.

In two weeks I will go to my EOT12 date, but the result I won't get till 8.10..

Autumn is already coming and I have much to do in the garden and thankfully I am able to do it.

The huge difference between before and after therapy is, I am no longer so tired.

The leading study doc told me, she has observed an influence Hb-Reduction/SVR also regarding new drugs. But I think at the moment

this is still more a topic in the bio- than in the curative medicine and in near future probably the therapy won't contain Ribavarin any longer.

How are you ? I was looking to find some posts from you.

On Turquoise II, I have lost 2, which is not much neither as I ended with 11.8. I was UND 8 weeks after treatment and will have the 12 weeks results

end of next week. I've asked my hepato about Riba and HB reduction, she says with the new treatments it's not that important.

It's a pity, apparently nobody knows his Hb-reduction.

With reading many studies and a little bit of luck I found perhaps the answer of this strangeness.

I know the question sounds very strange, but I am a little bit anxious that I don't  respond to Ribavarin.

My Hb level reduces only from 14.4 to 13.9 during the 3 months sapphire study. But there is a proportion between Hb-Reduction and SVR.

Hi participants of sapphire, turquoise and pearl , do you know your Hb reduction or has somebody an idea, why the hb reduction could be so low?
