I've read the article and some other info about BHT. Sorry, I don't believe in antioxidant therapy with a normal diet. As you may have gathered, I am against most supplements unless someone has a specific deficiency. The body can only process a certain amount of minerals, vitamins etc. Any excess is just a waste of money. Many so-called nutritionists are making a fortune selling various concoctions that supposedly aid liver function- until I see an article in a reputable publication, I dismiss all of them. Sorry for my rather extreme views. Cheers- by all means take what you like, but get it approved by your doctor.
