Thanks for stepping up, Matt. The forum needs active and focused moderation, particularly since it has become so busy in the past few months. I am happy to see you get involved. Although I tend to lurk these days, I was a very vocal member during treatment. Have a good time with this.

Thanks Jill, Do, JoAnneh, Malcolm, Jim, Kellie,Tim, Bob. Vern, Greg, Karen, Tig, Zlikster, Randy and all the other members for welcoming me as a moderator in the forum.
Anyone of you members are worthy of this responsibility. You all have contributed to making this forum what it is (a refuge from the rain and a hiding place from the wind)
I take this responsibility as blessing to help others the best I know how and in turn help myself.
We have so many very dedicated members to the forum and for them this is a labor of love.
It's said it's takes a village to make a good man or woman, that applies to this forum. We all learn from each others input, insight, observations, opinions, and real world experience. So never hold back because we learn from our mistakes, I have made plenty of them and will make more so let's have input that's not stymied.
I always remember Jill responding to one of my private message about forum content with these words "we welcome intelligent and thoughtful conversation" that alway stuck with me especially the thoughtful part. Thanks Jill really appreciated that.

On other forums in the past, the new admin or mod gets to stock the fridge with beer; but here just soft drinks will do nicely.
