Hi txover,
Welcome to the forum from another fellow Aussie. My husband finished triple therapy in late June and although feeling better, is still a little foggy and yes, he also has the aches and pains in hands, knuckles which he never had before. From reading others experiences, it all seems normal and can take a bit of time to recover fully.
Take heart and know that you have a tonne of support here at the forum if you need to talk further. Caroline

Hi txover,
Welcome to the Forum from a fellow Aussie. Congrats on getting through treatment. I also had bad anaemia, and basicly spent 48 weeks in bed or watching TV. I finished Rx in Feb. 2013, and it took 3 months before I was back to near-normal. I also have some joint stiffness in my knees, hands and wrists that I didn't have before Rx. I'm taking a NSAID and this has caused a marked improvement. I am having my first game of golf tomorrow after 18 months of Rx and recovery.
Good luck with the VL test. Are you having one at 12 weeks, or waiting until 24 weeks? Cheers.

Hi!
I finished triple therapy in July 2013.
I had bad anaemia during tx that kept me in bed most of the time but I didn't mind as I was not in pain or discomfort.
Had no itching, rash, nausea, aching, gastro issues so was thankful for that.
Am just wondering how long it will take for the brain fog to clear.
Am getting my energy back but sometimes get suddenly tired so have to rest
Also have stiff fingers and joints that I never had before! Hope it goes away.
