Wow Terry that some great liver function test result. I think your liver is in good shape with that low of ALT score. Time is flying so keep on truckin but be careful with mixing Meds. It can cause strange events like you had.
It's important for you to have a EOT strategies to put your mind and body in the best position to handle anything that comes your way. Keep your same routine and stay away from large crowds and people that have colds, keep your healthy diet and your great exercise habits and you will have very high odds to achieve SVR.

I think you might find a tip or two on this website. It appears to have some good common sense ideas for immune boosters. I hope it helps!
Well I have four more weeks to go so I was told to expect to fast the final day so they can give me an ultrasound after the treatment is done. The ribavirin is still a chore at times and while taking some Ativan to relieve the stress I must have had one to many and passes out and smacked my head. Ended up with a very sore nose and drove my teeth through my lip so ended up in the emergency to stitch up the mess and now am very reluctant to take much anymore. But Friday I got my blood work back and am still not showing any return of the HCV and my ALT is now 22 and my platelets have gone up to 160 so that was good news but my neutrophils have gone down to .89 so that has me concerned as I was low up to the trial start and had to get it to 1.5 to get accepted which I did but it has gone down since and now they are suggesting that the ribavirin might be causing that ? My Baseball is now over so played golf twice on the weekend to get my exercise in so I am not so constipated and bloated. Starting to look for ways to increase my autoimmune system so my neutrophils go back up. Any ideas ??
