The Approval is only one month behind, this is nothing in the scheme of things. If we take the FDA success we can only assume the same for the EU. I do know each country will have different issues regarding costs, but this will be granted for prescription i'm 100% sure...

Looks to me that while Sofosbuvir is scheduled for approval by the US FDA, until the same consideration is given in the EU, there will be consideration made to its compassionate use in patients that have severe disease with no options using existing treatments. I'm sure others will have additional thoughts as well. It's a good thing as far as I can tell!!
