Thank you both for solving the mystery. I'd seen a couple other posts w/o the underlining and was curious And you're right, I didn't want to miss a thing! There is so much information on this site and I need all the education I can get.

Hi Mary, I saw what Julia wrote and as Malcolm said it wasn`t actually a post.  The Chatbox is designed as a function for forum members to be able to write short messages to each other but sometimes people mistake the `Send Message` box at the top of the sidebar for a `Search` box.  Most of our members use the sidebar as a newsfeed to follow the latest posts and so it can be a bit confusing to see something written that can`t be `clicked` on and opened.  

Don`t worry, you haven`t missed anything!

I have noticed a few times that there will be a post that is not underlined in the message feeds. There is a posting now by julia1065 that I cannot get to open. What am I doing wrong?
