Thanks! Definitely, of the 3 of us on the Topaz II trial, we've all been undetected at our 2 week labs. Rag doll is up to bat next. My hunch is she will hit a homer.

Thank you ladies! Lilbit, they tried to give me his lab results twice. I said no, I want the good one. I stopped and had a nice supper at a real restaurant on the way back to celebrate. Fingers crossed we all stay that way.

lol LC, the same thing happened to me on my two week lab. The one they handed me was for a 54 yo man. They don't have names on the labs just a number assigned to you. I told her it wasn't mine and she tried to tell me it was. So I told her I would love to be 54 again and maybe even a man wouldn't be all that bad. She looked at me so funny. She is very careful now. hehe

Thanks all! You know the nurse handed me someone else's labs? It had a viral load of 18,000,000 on the day of starting treatment. I looked at it for a minute and said, I don't think this is mine.
I was looking forward to not going back there too. It probably won't hurt me though, other than a loss of sleep. At least they aren't making me be tired and hungry. I hated when they wanted me to fast and not even have any coffee. As tired as I was and as long of a drive as that, I could have used it.

lol no they didn't have me come back in at 8 weeks but I might be the culprit that caused that LC. When the study nurse from Abbvie called me I told her I thought it was ridiculous that they didn't check you somewhere between 4 and 12. I asked her what was going to happen if the Riba caused anemia and know one knew about it until 8 weeks later. I told her a lot of us have never done treatment before and have no idea what is going on inside of us or what to expect. On Friday I start week 10.

I know! It's crazy. They changed the treatment schedule on me though, and want me to go back in another 4 weeks for a follow-up on the Ribavirin. I asked them if there was any cause for concern and she said no, my labs looks excellent, they were just adding a visit at week 8 to everyone as a precaution. Did they do that to you? You are past your 8 weeks though.
