Thanks for the link, yes things are moving along like a lot of people thought they would. Because with the ACA / Obama care who lock in for a year this will play out kind of strange the next one to cut a deal with Big pharma is Prime Therapeutics and BCBS. I wonder if these insurance companies can change there Pharmacy fulfillment companies during the year?

Great News! I wish we knew how much of a discount CVS was given for Harvoni? I don't know why any doctor would prescribe the Abbvie combo over Harvoni, other than because Express Scripts uses it exclusively. Now it looks like the insurance war is in full swing with Abbvie making a huge mistake of not discounting their therapy for everyone at a much lower cost. Maybe another Abbvie discount is next?
Those who have no choice but to use Express Scripts are in good hands, however. The Vikiera Pak is effective and surely nothing to scoff at.

Well, looks like Sovaldi and Harvoni will get exclusive coverage on several plans from CVS/Caremark.
