Thanks everyone. I am glad to be a part of a community that generously provides support and encouragement to people going through what maybe the most difficult and challenging period in their lives. I certainly found myself in that position and received immeasurable information, reassurance and kindness from far too many members to name in this post. The guidance and wisdom exercised by Jill and the entire Admin help make this all possible. I hope in some small way I can contribute to their efforts and continue to make this forum invaluable for all of us who have or will soon battle Hep C.

P.S. They neglected to tell me about the long hours and low pay part.

Hi John,
Thanks for accepting the moderator position, long hours & low pay but the company is unsurpassed! Seriously, this forum has been fortunate to have you as a member, and now as part of the Admin team even more so.

Congrats John!
What a great team you have assembled. I'm very comfortable with each and every one and hope people will not 'sit back' and let others do the bulk of the work. We are all very much a huge part of the TEAM here and I hope personnel participation increases in light of the selection of strong, compassionate, and knowledgeable moderators and admin. Please, if you have something to say, speak up. Collectively, as a group, I think we have the experience to relate to most anything HCV on your mind. That's always been the way it is here. Keep the light on people!

Hello John
Welcome and congrats on stepping up in giving your time and care to the Hep-C friends forum.
Its a personally enriching to give back to our brothers & sisters that share a common medical issue and privilege to share what we have learned along the way in a loving ,caring way. Its not just having knowledge and wisdom about HCV but it's way in which we express our thoughts and responses that can build up our friends.
All members have benefited from your contributions here and will in the future.
