Thanks Tig! I've read and saved Kristen's battles with Accredo, and I intend to take her advice to heart. I'm frankly amazed that the approval process was so painless. I hope you're right - that the process is seeing a positive correction! Thanks again to everyone for your continued support. It's awesome to me that this community exists!
And I am certainly ready to hop on the train! Thanks, Mike

Hi Mike,
Woot!! Thats great news. I'm glad the approval came through as it did. All the recent approvals are a sign that the process is starting to see a correction, as it should.
Kristen knows the process well. She's a master of the written word and knows the ropes. She has much to offer and we're glad she's here. Knowledge is power and we've got some people here with lots of it! Her suggestion is a good one. Just put the bottle away so you don't think about it sitting there every time you walk by. You'll be anxious to get started, we all were before beginning. There have been a few delays in delivery and that extra week will provide a buffer. I would inform your doctor about the delay, explain why and that will allow him/her to schedule your tests accordingly.
Now get your ticket punched and board the Train! It's leaving the station soon!

My recommendation for dealing with Accredo - whenever you get your meds, start them the following week (without telling the pharm). They "should" then always deliver a week early and when they screw up, you'll have a week to fix it.
No joke!
And congratulations! Best of luck to you.

And, never mind... They've already selected Accredo. All good, the prescriptions will go in on Wednesday so I should begin my journey in a week or so. Thanks again to all of you for your help and encouragement! Regards, Mike

Hi all, I just got off the phone with my insurance company. I've been approved for tx! Called my doc and left a message so that he can write the prescriptions and send them to one of my two choices of specialty pharmacy, Accredo or Walgreen's. I've read some nightmare stories on here about Accredo, so I"m naturally a little nervous about dealing with them. Has anyone here used Walgreen's specialty pharmacy? I'm excited and nervous right now, but I want to make the best possible choice. I'll have to deal with whomever I choose for the next 24 weeks. Thanks in advance for any input you may have regarding the selection. Warmest regards, Mike
