Well done, Butterflies, good to hear you`ve started your Harvoni!
Not everyone notices any side effects so you might be lucky. And even if you do have any they`re likely to be quite manageable, I`m sure. Make sure you drink enough water to keep well hydrated and try to eat a good nutritious diet, it all helps.
There`s a wonderful symmetry in this date being your 17th anniversary of being sober, and now you`re on your journey to a new level of health and SVR!
All the best of luck to you, keep us updated on your progress!

Congratulations Kris on getting started. Are you doing 8, 12, or 24 weeks? Good luck!

Definitely a special day. It is so ironic that it happens that way :)

Hi Kris,
Congratulations on getting started! Sounds like today is a very special day for you. I think it's a superb anniversary, both as a 17 year celebration of sobriety and the beginning of your upcoming Hep C free future! You've got everything going for you and a lot of great living ahead! Good luck and please keep us informed of your progress

Hi everyone,
I took my first dose of Harvoni today at 9 am, no side effects noticed today, but I am sure I will. Kind of ironic that I started treatment on my clean and sober anniversary date (17 years alcohol and drug free today). Woot Woot.
