Hi Liam,
Many labs use different reference ranges. What's important is that it's normal according to their procedure. Don't worry about it. Enjoy yourself on holiday!

i am having a holiday in Thailand after 6 months of riba/solvaldi, as I was on a trial they will not release my results until after my 12 week EOT bloods (6 more weeks to go). I decided to get some blood work done here and it came back with normal ALT/ASt They seem to use a different range here my ALT was 41 their reference range is 30-65 U/L. My tests in Australia for ALt were around 25 with a lower reference range does anyone know why there is a difference? Has it gone up or are they using a different method? I am concerned as I was informed that a rise in the ALT levels can be an indication of the virus coming back.
