I'm that things are leveling off! That seems to be common, but the first couple of weeks stiil are no fun. The initial concern and worry about what might be ahead when treatment starts out that way, is something shared by many here. I'm always thankful when I hear that those side effects begin to wane. It's the body adjusting to all of those powerful medications. I must admit though, you're the first person I heard from that mentioned singing in their sleep! I hope for your husband's sake that you don't sing the same song all night, lol! I have heard from several people that mention having vivid dreams too.
I believe the discussion on Liver Stellate cells you mentioned was posted by our admin team moderator, Mallani (Malcolm). He posts excellent articles and descriptive explanations on a regular basis. He's quite the knowledgeable person here and we're fortunate to have him with us.

Hi All, the rocket ride is leveling off now. Am aware of the antiviral headache verses a tension headache. Antiviral headache is at the base of the back of my head. My Dr. said it was ok to take a 325 Tylenol 4 times spread out over 24 hrs.. Am according to what I have read here, must be F 3 or 4, prior to, but just short of cirrhosis. That takes the headache away for about 3 to 4 hrs. Also noticed arthritis like pains in thumbs nd fingers, as well as hips and low back. Husband said that I woke him last night singing in my sleep, singing melodic melodies. I have no idea, but I'll take it. Thanks everybody for sharing your blood tests and successes. Tig, you are really good at explaining all the in's and out's of the disease. I especially liked the link to "The liver's stellate cells". Also, quite simply 17 phb or some thing = cirrhosis. Have a Great day everyone, CH
