Hey Rob,
The only way is to set a larger font when you open the reply window. Select the "Reply" button on the last post left (vs the quick reply or open the Advanced Editor if you do) and it will open a window that can be customized. You can also change to a text editor on your profile page (Settings).

Hi Kathy,
Welcome to the forum! Lots of great people here and we're here to help you through this. Do your best to enter into treatment with a positive outlook, it helps more than you know. There are suggestions from your fellow warriors that will make this easier for you, listen to their ideas. It will make a big difference. My suggestion is to recommend strict attention to proper diet and hydration. My rule of thumb is half your body weight in ounces of good water every day, eg., 100 lbs = 50 oz. Keep your urine a pale yellow is also a good indicator. This will help reduce the side effects. You will get plenty of tips from others along the way. Be sure to ask any questions you may have. You should also set an alarm that will remind you to take your medication at the same time everyday. Using a daily medication container too.
I'm very glad you're here! Good luck, you're going to beat this thing, I'm sure of it
