You could request it, but since your initial viral load was only in the 1 million(ish) range, and being non cirrhotic, treatment naive, you don't meet the criteria for 12 weeks. I wouldn't worry about not achieving UND at 3 weeks, many people don't until weeks 4-6. Some even go detected until EOT, however uncommon. Don't worry, you'll be undetected by EOT. The odds are definitely in your favor!
