Hi DM, Glad that you found your way here. Its a very helpful and can be safe harbor for all in need of healing. I am not taking what you are taking, so symtoms will be somewhat different. End results will hopefully be the same UNDVL after x amt. of time. Be good to yourself.

Hello Dman: Ahhh a "Vikerian" like me. Take the steps one week at a time. Everyone has different side effects. Most I can say are from Riba. Week 6 through 8 were tough with the fatigue. Irritablity and depression levels off. Near the end, the sun exposure hit me hard. All in all, the regiment is very good. I found that eating more with it helps kick back side effects. Pegasys was cruel. This was a walk in the park. I am looking forward to mid September for my EOT - 12 week test results. Welcome and good luck!

Hi Dman,
Good luck in your tx. This should go much smoother than the interferon/riba. Hoping SVR is in your future:)

Welcome DM! You're the second new member today that is on the V. Pak protocol. I'm glad you're here. It seems to take two to three weeks to start adjusting to the medication. We have had more than one say the same thing. They just felt weird the first few weeks, but it calms down in time.
I mentioned to our other new member Penelope about our thread set up for our V. Pak patients here. It's very helpful and informative. Feel free to add your own comments. Let us know how you're progressing and ask any questions that come to mind. Stay the course, hydrate well and you'll be successful, it's a great protocol! Good luck to you!
Just finished my 2nd week of Viekira pak with riba.
So far not too bad... although I constantly feel like I am going to jump out of my skin. Very anxious. But waaaayyyy easier (so far) than interferon/riba.
Anyway, hope to learn lots here. Vierkira is so different from previous soc. Lots I do not understand as all my knowledge revolved around interferon, etc.
