I'm beginning to see that exercise does make me feel better. When I stopped for three weeks, I felt blah, tired and more achy. Started back this week and feel better. Although I do find the sides cycle through. I'm sure moderate exercise and lots of water is the best treatment for sides there is..... Keep on trucking! I'm on day 90!

Sounds like you`re doing great, G Man!
Yes, the subject of exercise has been discussed here many times and most people feel that a moderate amount while on treatment is very beneficial, both physically and mentally. Of course it varies a lot from one person to another how much physical activity can be undertaken, and if you`re very fit at the start of treatment then your tolerance of exercise is going to higher.
Just take a bit of care not to push yourself too hard, other than that you`re doing fine.
Best of luck with your lab results, keep us updated, and enjoy your trip to Vermont!
(Ps - I`ve moved your thread to the `On Treatment` area.)

I'm glad you're doing well G Man. I'm jealous. I wish I had a place to swim right now. I've heard swimming is the best exercise with minimal risk of injury due to over stressing your body parts. I'm curious to see how well I can swim after loosing an arm and a leg almost a year ago. Keep up the good work but remember, as Tig said, don't overdue.

Hey G,
Thanks for the update. Sounds like you're coming along very well, that's great! Your exercise regimen is impressive and I'm certain will continue to benefit you now and will help your recovery period following treatment tremendously. Just don't overdue, but I'm sure you're well aware of that.
Enjoy Vermont! You should be there during the most colorful time of the year. I have always wanted to visit the northeast during the Fall. It should be beautiful!

I don't know if exercise has been addressed during treatment, but I can tell you that I feel the best the day after I work out. Which is pretty much every other day.

30 days in. No problems. A little tired now and again. Have managed to go to the gym 4 days a week. 20 min. weights and a 1/2 mile swim each visit. Blood work on Monday. Hoping for good news. Heading up to Vermont for a week of vacation in a couple of weeks. Keep the faith. Be well.
