Not sure it will help anyone on Medicaid trying to get meds but there's some pretty strong language from CMS re. the restrictions states are putting on their Medicaid clients (i.e. Letter from the Feds to states saying you may be in violation of 1927 Social Security Act (Section ?) by placing these restrictions on Medicaid patients.
Letter is dated Nov 5, 2015 so it's fairly new.
Just thought it might come in handy if going for Appeal or Administrative Hearing in some states.
Might be worth checking out.
