Before Tx I would frequently experience dull ache/sensation around the URQ area. I also had 3 spider nevi on my chest, which my GI attributed to liver fibrosis- suspected cirrhosis. The "spiders" appeared over a course of a couple of yrs. To my delight these disappeared during TX. After TX, I noticed one had reappeared but has since gone away. when you read the potential list of symptoms it's easy to convince yourself that you have many symptoms, true or not. I was sure I had palmar erythema or reddening of the palms. That has also resolved. I had hep c for ten yrs and was diagnosed as cirrhotic ( fibroscan 13.8 ) My post TX fibroscan indicated some progress( 9.9 ) but my Gi said she is still treating as if I was cirrhotic.
Also I was underweight for yrs leading up to and throught TX. I am a healthy weight finally!
Are you experiencing anything that concerns you? Have you had TX?
