YUM! Nothing smells or tastes as good as homemade bread! I've got one of those bread machines and used to make all kinds of different varieties. I think one of my all time favorites remains to be good ol SF Sourdough, so good!

I hope to try the recipe when I get time, I have some blueberries frozen that I think might make a good batch.
Baked some bread tonight, don't know if that qualifies for this post but hey, it's practice so I have toast to try that jam with.
I looked hard for a picture of an appropriate Chia Pet Dragon and I was gonna name it Linux and give it to you. No such luck, but I'm still looking, lol!
"If anything is a superfood, it's chia seeds. They're packed with omega-3 fatty acids, rich in fiber and protein, and most important for our jam-making purposes they turn any liquid into a thick gel."
I haven't tried this yet but plan on making some blueberry jam for toast (homemade bread) and with yogurt.
Thinking about investing in a food dehydrator also so we can dry fruits and vegies in season to keep for off season.
Freezing is good too but it's nice to be able to have lightweight snacks that will store in the pantry (for quite a long time if necessary) easily without having to freeze.
Some handy facts about Chia seeds, small package that packs a big punch.

Hey Dave
Sound like a good recipe, I am a big fan of chia seed. I use them in my home made cereal, they give a great amount of slow releasing all day energy.
