Even this, helped me though, to think harder about other drugs choices and why - served as reminder for me that ledipasvir IS a NS5A that is NOT metabolized by the P450 system (as opposed to other NS5A's). Every little review helps me get a wee bit get closer to having any inkling of understanding of CYP3/4A actions/interactions/inhibitors/inducers and how drugs and RAV's interelate.
