Well, truth be told....  My wife bought me one for Christmas, small one, maybe the size of a small dinner plate, four propeller job. I was getting pretty good with it, then I flew it right into the wall so fast it broke the motors off. No more drone flying in the house, dang it......

LOL you know I actually own a Phantom 3.

Was talking to the granddude before Christmas and he seemed all excited about the things. So I bought one. It has never flown and remains in the real nice case I also bought.

 We are working out a dispute regarding Royalties.

OKAY! Turns out that there was change made to the Character Encoding when the forum ownership was changed from the EU to the USA. A recommended setting was changed and it affected character spacing, blah, blah, blah. Anyway, anything that was written during that period may have those characters left in the message, but all new posts and signatures should be correct from now on. I'm hoping anyway. 

The chatbox issue for those on the Admin team, they thought it had been corrected. It should be done shortly.

Interesting that they exist in the signature line primarily, not always. Hmmm?

I was able to edit my signature and remove them. Strange stuff!

I see them too, but my theory is that Tig just wanted to see how many of us were awake!!

If anything was dropped into Microsoft Word, and then pasted over, that is the root cause.

The small black diamonds and question marks are the result of a change made during the forum ownership change. The ability to change that was made as a "recommended" setting via Support. The ability to change it back has since disappeared from view. So we will get this resolved just as soon as our support company in British Columbia finish their coffee and get back to work at 9AM PST. I hope anyway!

I mentioned this to Dave in the Chat box yesterday and he wrote it off to me being . Then he saw it and really got scared and figured the Ribavirin had finally reduced him to the heap it made out of me.

Then Tig chimed in and said he also could see it. That then scared the heck out of both Dave and I.

Now that you can see it too welcome to the ....well let's talk.

 

 

It seems that some or one character is being replaced by a ? mark but a black triangle with a white question mark inside.

Odd, but can you see this?
