i followed your link and then searched for a simpler explanation but as it can have both positive and negative indications, I think it will takensomebody a lot more educated than me to answer your question authoritatively. 

I do hope it just means your body is fighting the good fight.

I hate to repeat myself but I really want to find out more information on this.

I looked it up and also because of my 365 on this one and read that it can be anything from negative things, even mono but it can also be due to the recovery of an acute virus / inflammation. Has anybody seen this before ...  I would like to believe it's a positive thing but it was highlighted and when a test is done twice to confirm, it makes me think what is going on. 

MCHC HI 365 305 - 360 g/L
