I don't see the post you are replying to ... The one by Mariya.

Is it not best to get Twinrex and be immune to A since that is all too often contracted from a grocery store on produce. If you have liver problems as we do, we do not want to be infected with A. In fact, my specialist told me that I would probably not survive an episode of A.

According to the Hep B Foundation the schedule is:

Vaccine Schedule

The vaccine is readily available at your doctor's office or local health clinic. Three doses are generally required to complete the hepatitis B vaccine series, although there is an accelerated two-dose series for adolescents. 

• First Injection - At any given time
• Second Injection - At least one month after the first dose
• Third Injection - Six months after the first dose
