I knew I should've added the word "anal" to the profanity filter.....

I used a pill counter but I did anyway for just a few to keep them together. I had a different one for Harvoni. I did start a journal about how I felt and what I drank etc.. just in notepad so I might look back on it one day. Nothing elaborate at all.
I just wanted a history of those 84 days. I also kept my three bottles of Harvoni. They are special to me and a great reminder of that journey.
Go figure

Have a great Friday PM!

I will give you a B+. You'd have gotten an A but not identifying the size of the glass used for water is just inexcusable.
LOL !

LOL, yes Jimmy, I too got bored ... especially while waiting to be approved for my meds. Although perhaps not Quite as anal ... it was intense in it's own way. I used it for about 2 weeks then the Riba make it far too frustrating to use so I abandoned my effort to document every meal, every snack, every bit of exercise, every glass of water and every time I took my HCV meds, not to mention my daily mood.
I know it seems very far fetched and leagues beyond what would be considered possible but Yes, even linux users can be ANALytical enough to write tedious spreadsheets (WE don't have to pay for our operating system or our Office Suite) (There, I thought about it ... LOL) ... I couldn't find my early posts where I made it available to others. WE believe in Open Source ... (and I must credit you for making yours available as well) but attached is a copy of my Daily Dragon Slayers, easy to use spreadsheet. The second attachment is the same but in template format. (I think I attached the right template, I had a few versions).
Some folks here swear by the little plastic pill counters and they are great for people who have a hard time remembering.
Myself, I use the ever annoying 5:55a Alarm from which there is no escape.
Some folks, like myself, like to track where they are at and where they have been in their treatment program. Others will say don't over think this and don't micro analyze things.
For those that don't tend to over think things, that is sound advice and easy to take, for others it is kind of a "yea sure, don't over think it", and then they go on the weigh the pros and cons of overthinking only to come to the conclusion they are that much closer to EOT so it is a good thing!
So for those folks that DO NOT like to overthink things, you still have to admit, by reading this far I have taken your mind a few steps closer to EOT. I know I know, you're welcome.
For those THAT DO like to think things out and plan ahead and look behind, then I would assume you have EXCEL. Clearly you are reading this so yes you have access to some sort of equipment that could support Office.
(DISCLAIMER: THOSE dear souls to the North West of my location who have purposely chosen Linux may find themselves unable to partake. This writer is in no way responsible for the decisions and consequences thereof, that result in such rebellions behavior. Yours truly Bill Gates.)
Those who Do have a Windows Operating System, and who DO like to think things through, and Do have MS Office, may freely use and alter the attached file. If you DON'T have Excel you should think about that.
So without further fanfare or other sorts of bologna, I give you freely...
