Congrats Tom! I know you'll enjoy the water down South, beautiful blue and crystal clear. Do you plan to do any diving while you're there? Have fun!
I'm curious, where did you get the price for your viral load? Here's some information on a lab service that you can investigate further. This link is for their HCV testing options. These tests range from $329-$775. The qualitative test is $242. Just an option, no endorsement intended. If you don't mind waiting for week 12, letting your health coverage assist you with the cost will leave more money for the party you're going to throw! We'll be waiting for the invitation
Chris, RC, Jill, Wendy, and Iris, Thanks, tons, y'all. At this point, the only real difference I can detect is not taking that pill at lunchtime. The Harvoni was absolutely cake. The dreams were the only side effect I experiened, and I didn't hate that part. I inquired about paying for the blood test, but $550 was out of my range. I'll wait until 09.19, with some confidence that seven weeks more of Harvoni after testing at <15/ml at day 36, I should be in pretty good shape.
I'll hang in an pay attention to my teammates, and I will enjoy the annual trip down south with friends and family. Hope I surf better than I did when we got the amazing tropical storm surf a couple weeks ago. I sucked. Be well, and, again, thanks, amigos. Tom

Took the last of the 84 on Monday... I feel the same. Now I get to wait until September 19 for good news. Although I think I got the good news in late March, when the lady at the pharmacy called and said she had a prescription for me. I hope a lot of other people get that call. On with life.
Thanks to a supportive crew on this discussion forum. Y'all are a blessing.
Hey Tom,
Only sweet dreams for you now!
