I mix 2/3 glass of Coconut Water with 1/3 Raw unsweetened Cranberry Juice. Great for breaking the water monotony and it is very good for you.
I drink about 2 to three of those a day and the rest of the day water. Great stuff.
Oh and this time of year, don't forget the Watermelon! Great for hydration!

Hi Miriam
I know the water logged feeling. Feeling a bit "bloated" and not sure if it all the stuff I am eating or soooo much water. I have now taken to add a bit of ginger to my 32 oz water bottle, then a bit of lemon to the second 32 oz and start the day with plain ole water.
Of course, I seem to be in the bathroom quite a bit but the water (as suggested by pals on the forum) help so much.
I start the day with a yummy spinach, blackberry/berry/apple/ginger shake. In the afternoons (it is very hot here in TX), i will make a frozen peaches, low fat vanilla yogurt, almond milk with a scoop of peanut butter......yummm, gives me something besides water and makes me a happy.
Good luck

Hi Miriam,
It does get kind of boring after several days of plain ol water. The recommendations provided are great ideas. We have a great section here that has all kinds of great smoothie recipes. Our member Dave (Linuxter) started it and it has been very popular. I'll leave a link below.
Coffee is actually quite beneficial for our liver. Of course you have to watch the added caffeine and sugar if you drink it that way. I live on the stuff!
Whatever you do, just keep up adequate hydration. Coconut water is another excellent addition and very nutritious. Use our search function and enter a key word or two and you will find some discussion on the topic.
I drink coffee, but I don't count it as water. There is a tasty electrolyte replacement powder called Ultima. There's no sugar and it comes in different flavors. I like the lemonade flavor and use a lot less powder than recommended. It keeps me drinking lots. Glad you're drinking lots. You won't regret it.

Hi Miriam, I used water beverage, PROPEL, no sugar or calories, different flavors and you can add to club soda if you want the bubbles. You can add a splash of lemon or lime juice. It helped get those waters in each day .... And still do this now. Chris

Hi Miriam,
I continued to have my morning coffee as well as decaf tea. I personally do not drink much other than water with lemon or infused with fruit. I would just watch not too much sugar, sodium and no alcohol. Also the gang here is big on smoothies.

What else besides water is good to drink besides water while on harvoni,? Not coffee or tea? I just have 1 cup of decaf coffee at breakfast.
