You're right! I am pleased as punch my B was actually resolved but we just did not know it all these years. The fear that was instilled in me when I was told the possible outcome of being on HVC meds and it being resolved was difficult to take along with the, btw, you are cirrhotic...
It was a lot to take in and I am very happy I do not need to be on Viread or anything else at this point and most probably at no point. I just hope for some regression and nothing too funky going on so I can enjoy this for awhile.
I like my signature as well now and wonder about changing the colours to all blue. Oh, the forum did not like the correct way of spelling colors .. Oh well!
SF
Well of course, SF, the correct spelling is `colours`, or so we on the other side of the pond believe!
Do keep us updated on your progress, and most of all, enjoy your post tx life!!

Thank you Lisa,
Apparently the B has been gone for a very long time on it's own but it was a concern depending on the state it was in so it was C we went after of course and hoping the B did not return. I am certain we will look again for the B but it's been gone for awhile so it seems so I am feeling good that it probably is gone for good.
Have a wonderful weekend, what's left of it.

Thank you all for your comments and you know they are all really appreciated. It's really hard to believe but the numbers say it all. I hear they do not want to do EOT + 24 tests anymore yet so many people get them. I suppose I will fight that one later but I know if I can get regular blood work as long as my LFT's are good then I am probably just fine.
Maple syrup ... DQ ... Tig's birthday cake. All a nice thought for today.
I see my Dr. on the 30th of this month so I suppose that is when I find out what he has in mind if anything more than 6 month ultra sounds and some blood work. I do want another Fibro Scan but not now, 6 months to a year I suppose when I could hope there might be some regression of the cirrhosis .. <--- Wow, I spelled that right for the very first time. :)
I am glad to be in the "cured club" and will be so happy to welcome more people to it as they achieve SVR. This word was not mentioned but by definition I suppose it's time to change my signature.
Once again, although I am not going anywhere, I just want to thank everyone for being here during all this time. It meant the world and made an otherwise scary treatment to me much easier to endure.
Thank you
SF
That is fantastic news SF!!!! Congratulations on curing two for one. Sounds like a supermarket deal! :P Its amazing these new drugs, and I am so happy to hear you have taken both and killed them off with style...Happy days :D x

Congrats SF and welcome to the 'Cured Club'! It seems like only yesterday when you were so afraid Hep C treatment would cause your HBV to go crazy but you've come out of this a double winner. Job well done!!!

See, this just goes to show the wide variety of folks here on the Forum. We can always learn something new coming from those living in different places.
Here in Texas for example, we use Maple Syrup.
Good Morning Y'all. This is a great day for our friend SF.
