This was 10% of 25.4 billion (twenty-five billion dollars!) Gilead royalties.
I think that Gilead can afford to pay, and they should, before another judge & jury awards more money to Merck on Gilead appeal. It is absolutely shamefull...unjust enrichment, in my humble opinion.

Man, it just never seems to end eh?, and, the jury(s), judges, courts will STILL "be out", what with everyone's endless alternating appeals!!
