I will definitely get another Fibroscan, but my GasEnt wants to wait for a bit, hopefully to see some improvement.
I am also going to pick up my ALT/AST scores in the next few weeks, and will definitely post them :)
Thanks for all your support!

Hey Regi,
So glad to hear back from you again with your good news!
So, you are "official" now - SVR 12! EOT+12 weeks UND!
Hee hee, silly me, I do not know where my mind goes - (out, obviously, but .. where to?) I see I was already congratulating you on your EOT+12 UND, back in Dec! ... duh ... when in DEC it was clearly your nice EOT UND I was all excited about!!
Oh well, no explaining my A.D.D! Left over fog, my normal dyslexia to blame for these things I guess, always getting ahead of myself, means ... I should always read twice and post once! (Note to self ... FO-CUS!)
The good bit is that I can just keep on repeating myself and keep expressing my pleasure at your lovely EOT+12 UND over and over again!
And, I can still look forwrad to your EOT+24!!
Same questions as before tho, will you get another repeat fibroscan or abd. U/S in the future for follow-up? You had mentioned your first fibroscan at 13.6 kPa's might have been skewed upward by liver fat content (that may have been a contributing factor in my Fscore too), so, it would be nice and reassurring for you to have another fibroscan to see a lowering reading in future I am thinking. More rewards.
One time you mentioned a ferritin level over the 300 mark, I don't know what normal reference range your lab uses, but if it was elevated (which may have only been slight), that too would be interesting to see if it decreases further.
Your 4 week ALT/AST's were stellar. Do you happen to know what any of the other ALT/AST's were, current or past?
You did have a tough year, the wait and all, a lot of unknowns to deal with, but you met it all like a trooper, and you beat this thing head on. Congrats. Happy SVR 12! C.

Hey Regi,
WHAT FINE NEWS!!! Just GRAND. Us Canucks are jest killin' it!!
You (and your drugs) have done a mightly fine job. So glad you got your UND now!!
And you can look forward to another UND celebration at EOT+24weeks!
Your ALT/AST at 4 weeks were stellar (telling) - do you know what they are now?
Do you get a repeat fibroscan/ultrasound again, later on?
So glad you have wiped this virus out. You did not indicate the drugs had sides for you, but how have you been feeling, when you compare "prior to" SOT to during or after??
UND at EOT+12 is a very good day! Good going! It is going to be such a good and better year ahead for you C.

Congratulations Regi! What a wonderful gift for Christmas! We have a great bunch of friends here. I'm glad we were able to help!
Let us know when you get your next labs. If you know your ALT and AST, they are very indicative of improving health too. It's all good!!
Merry Christmas Regi =>

Hi Everyone,
I finished my 12 weeks of Harvoni on December 9th, and just got the news today - UNDETECTED!
I have to repeat the test in 3 months, but this is such great news to get before Christmas and the New Year!
Thank you to all of you for being my bedrock of support during this terrible year - I couldn't have survived without this forum!
