I saw this article and thought of you - you, being a Master Magician, already cured yourself of lymphoma AND HCV, but still, for others, it is good to know there is a hopeful association/resolution to lymphoma just with the curing of their HCV.

Antivirals may cure HCV-associated B-cell lymphoma, case study finds

Treatment with direct-acting antivirals may result in remission of hepatitis C virus-associated lymphoma, researchers suggested.
"[Computed tomography] demonstrated remission in a case HCV-associated [non-Hodgkin lymphoma (NHL)] treated with [direct-acting antivirals (DAAs)] alone," they wrote in Open Forum Infectious Diseases.
The case study's findings suggest that "elimination of the causative pathogen could be essential for the treatment of HCV-associated NHL even without an inter feron (IFN)-based treatment," they added.
The case study involved a 67-year-old man with chronic HCV who was followed starting in 2005. In 2014, he underwent surgery to remove a hepatocellular carcinoma.
In December 2015, before the man began receiving DAAs, physicians detected swelling and abnormal uptake in lymph nodes. Further testing led to a diagnosis of B-cell NHL.
The researchers noted earlier studies in which pathogens were shown to trigger immune activation that can lead to lymphoma. Killing pathogens including HCV, they wrote, has proven effective in fighting lymphoma.
From May to August of 2016, the patient received daily doses of the DAA combination Harvoni (sofosbuvir/ledipasvir, Gilead Sciences) to treat HCV. The researchers reported no major complications.
Twelve weeks after the end of treatment, they found no indication of HCV in serum. Likewise, 12 weeks after HCV was eliminated, they detected no uptake in lymph nodes.
The researchers concluded that DAAs may give clinicians an alternative to treating HCV-associated lymphoma with IFN, which is not desirable for older patients or those with comorbidities.
They added that "virus eradication, not administration with chemotherapy against lymphoma, could be considered first when treating a case of HCV-associated NHL." - by Joe Green

So, (officially) give or take, you are at about 5.5 then, unless you can think of something else to brag about, like we aren't already impressed enough!
I've gone over your long list, for items checked off:
1. HCV (history)
2. lymphoma (toast)

4. weight (pounding it on)
5. Turners (gone golfing)
6. Flu (forfeit points), pneumonia (ditto)
That is so neat that you happened to get that Xray tech who could compare notes with you on how her step-son also resolved his ca with the same regime!! What kind of ca did her step-son have I wonder??
If you had to take antibiotics for the pneumonia, then deduct another .1. But man, you are doing amazingly at a tally of 5.4 to 5.5!!
You kinda sound like my partner who also used the sofa to incubate his pneumonia. C.

Like yourself and a few others on here, I was down for a couple of weeks with a flu/cold/pneumonia. I was able to get off the couch and go see the Doctor after 12 days. I was sent for X-rays of my lungs. The technician told me that my tumour would also show up if it was still there. It did not show up. Her step son did the same regime for cancer as myself. Successful for him also.
The fourth good thing you are watching for is my weight. Yes...I am putting on weight , about 9 pounds. Another 10 to 15 would be great. My parsonage/Turner syndrome is also improving.

Unreal, how EVERYTHING is better without HCV on it.
Some problems CAN just vapourize!!!! What wonderful news, all round. So you must have had another bout of imaging, and the damned spot is gone - you have simply made it vanish. Fantastic! Actually, it's a double-happy whammy!
Wonder what your oncologist says/thinks about your miraculous resolution. I am convinced it was your good living, good diet, your natural remedies, and curing yourself of that ass-dragging HCV that helped resolve it. She must be scratching-her-head-happy for you.
Parts of you are the "incredible shrinking man", and I only mean that in the nicest possible way, I didn't know how much of a magician you really were (making HCV AND the lymphoma disappear)!
They also say ... good things come in three's, so what your third thing??? I bet you are going to be everyone's envy soon and tell us your liver is gettin as soft as a newborns butt next! (Oh wait, I was so excited about your HCV and lymphoma resolution I clean missed the brilliant platelets thing, shoot - revise that - what is your fourth piece of good news then?)
I would say ya "that's how we do it", but obviously you are doing it waaay better than most!!!

It's a done deal. No virus detected.
My platelets are 132 . That is a great improvement for me.
I am considering putting out an amber alert as we can't seem to find that cancerous tumour of mine.
